The Youth Fellowship of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), Oke Irapada, Magboro, Ogun State, under God’s Grace District, Akinyele Region, successfully concluded its 2026 Annual Youth Anniversary with a glorious Thanksgiving Service on Sunday, 12 July 2026.
The week-long celebration began on Wednesday, 8 July, with a Market Praise and Evangelism Outreach at Magboro Market, where members worshipped God and shared the message of Christ with traders and residents of the community.
On Thursday, the fellowship hosted an Inter-Church Quiz Competition, during which representatives of CAC Oke Irapada Magboro emerged overall champions, securing first place. Friday featured an inspiring Evening of Worship, while Saturday’s friendly football match between the Church Men’s Association and the Youth Fellowship ended in a thrilling 6–4 victory for the youth team.
The grand finale on Sunday was graced by the Director of Sunday School, Nigeria and Overseas, Pastor S. O. Falade, who was warmly received by the District Superintendent, Pastor I. S. Olowookere, the Curate Pastor, Pastor A. M. Ogunnaike, the Board of Elders, and members of the church.
Ministering on the theme “Kingdom Influence: Faith in Action” (Matthew 5:13–16), Pastor Falade reminded believers that every Christian is called to represent Jesus Christ by reflecting His character and making a positive impact wherever God places them. He emphasized that true faith is demonstrated through obedience, sacrifice, and consistent godly living.
He challenged believers to let their light shine, live lives of integrity and compassion, and give all the glory to God, stressing that kingdom influence is not measured by titles but by genuine faith expressed through daily actions.
During the Thanksgiving Service, awards were presented to the winners of the quiz competition, football participants were decorated with medals, and prayers were offered for the award recipients, the youth fellowship, and the entire church.
Indeed, the 2026 Youth Anniversary was a glorious and impactful celebration, encouraging members to live lives of faith, purpose, and lasting kingdom influence.
