The reconstituted Pastor-In-Council of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide under the Chairmanship of His Eminence, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa, Pastor and Spiritual Head, C.C.C Worldwide, has voted massively against any plan to move the location of the Headquarters of the Celestial Church of Christ, and the venue of the December Annual Imeko December Convocation, from Nigeria to the Republic of Benin.

This is sequel to the submissions of the Higher Transitional Council (CST) set up by the former President of the Republic of Benin, President Patrice Talon.
In a development that can be easily described as the first resolution of the reconstituted Pastor-In-Council, members of the body, in a voice vote, took the position that the location of the Headquarters of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, as well as the venue of the annual Imeko December Convocation, must remain in Imeko, Ogun State, Nigeria, in line with the pronouncement of our reverred Reverend, Pastor and Founder, Saint Samuel Bilewu Joseph Oshoffa.

The resolution was taken immediately after the inauguration of members of the Council held at the Celestial Church of Christ, Saint S.B.J Oshoffa Cathedral, International Headquarters, Ketu, Lagos, on Thursday, 2nd July, 2026.
The thunderous roar of the voices of the “ayes” as the voice vote was conducted confirmed the position of the Pastor-In-Council (2026-2030), that the headquarters of the fold and the venue of the Imeko December Annual Convocation must remain in Nigeria.
