In terms of design, the VinFast VF MPV 7 features a boxy, upright design similar to the VF6 and VF7, adapted for MPV proportions. It gets vertically stacked LED headlamps and a full-width LED light bar at the front that meets at the centre with the VinFast logo, along with a clean bumper design.
